The call you miss is a car you do not book.

Everyone is in the bay. The phone rings in the office. It goes to voicemail. They do not leave a message and they do not call back. They call the next shop on Google.

Plenty of shops figure a missed call is no big deal. They will try again, or leave a message, and you will get to it when you are out from under the car.

They will not. Someone whose car will not start in the morning is not waiting for you to come to the phone. They are already calling the next shop on Google. That is a car gone, and you never knew it was there.

What it costs you, in your own numbers.

A missed call is invisible. You never see the car that did not come in, so it never feels like it cost you anything. Put your own numbers in and it stops being invisible.

in work that rang, went to voicemail, and went to someone else.
Even if only one in four of those would have booked, that is $13,500 a month walking to another shop.
And an oil change is never just an oil change. Whoever books one is whoever comes back for brakes, tires and everything after. Miss that call and you did not lose ninety dollars, you lost the customer and every job they had coming.

How it works.

Everyone is in the bay. The phone rings.

Nobody gets to it, because nobody can. It does not go to voicemail. It goes to us, after however many rings you choose.

We pick up in two rings.

Sounds like a person, not a phone tree. Asks what the car is doing, gets the year make and model, gives a range you have set, and offers a bay.

The car is on your schedule.

Booked in, confirmation texted to the customer, full transcript texted to you. All before you are out from under the car.

Hear it answer.

This is the 2:14 call from the log at the top. The leak. The one that goes to the next company on Google in about ninety seconds if nobody picks up.

What it does.

It does not replace you. It answers when you cannot, and hands you a booked job instead of a missed call.

Jobsite Marketing is run out of Burlington. The person who sets your answering up is the person who picks up when you text, and the person who fixes it when something is off.

That matters more than it sounds. The software companies selling this are in another country and you talk to a help desk. We know what a Halton winter does to a battery, and we know what a customer in Stoney Creek means when they say it is making a noise at the front.

Questions people ask.

Does it sound like a robot?

No. It talks like a person, pauses when the caller talks and handles interruptions. If someone cuts in with "wait, do you do diesels?" it answers and picks the thread back up. You choose the voice.

Will it quote jobs over the phone?

It gives a ballpark range you set, like "repairs usually run a few hundred to fifteen hundred." It never gives a firm price on a job it has not seen, because that is how you end up eating a bad number. It books you to go look.

What if I want to answer my own phone?

You do. It only picks up when you do not, after however many rings you choose. Or set it to after hours only. It is there for the calls you would otherwise lose, not the ones you would take.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. We forward your existing number so nothing changes for your customers or your truck decals.

How long does setup take?

Usually within a week. You tell us your services, your hours and a rough price range for each. We do the rest and test it with a few calls before it goes live.

Stop losing jobs to voicemail.
